Healthcare Workers’ Mental Health and Wellbeing During the COVID-19 Pandemic in the UK

This project consisted of three studies that took place between 2020-2023.

1. A Systematic Rapid Review of healthcare staff wellbeing guidelines,

2. A qualitative interview study with over 100 frontline healthcare workers, and

3. Big qualitative analyses of social media posts:
   - Frontline healthcare workers’ mental health and wellbeing during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic: Analysis of interviews and social media data

   - Re‐ordering connections: UK healthcare workers' experiences of emotion management during the COVID‐19 pandemic
